We have carefully curated the curriculum
Co-Founder Natalie Gresh is a gifted academic director who has created a curriculum that draws inspiration from the best parts of Classical Christian, Montessori, and traditional Christian academic learning. The HCCA curriculum combines written and oral instruction, hands-on learning, and skill-based advancement. Since we are a nonprofit, parent-driven school, we are able to select the best modules from numerous different private curriculums.
Our materials are parent-vetted and age appropriate
We have reviewed every book, lesson, and other media. We will never have any materials that are sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or inconsistent with Biblical teachings on morality. We do not discuss or use materials promoting critical race theory (CRT) or other divisive propaganda.
We live and teach our faith
Whenever possible, we interweave our Christian faith into our lesson plans on all topics. It is important for students to see God’s hand in our lives in different contexts. This also affords us the opportunity to provide lessons in ethics and morality in all aspects of life.
